4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing site access, timely decisions, and accurate information. Delays in communication or approvals may affect your timeline and may result in additional costs.

5. Changes to Project Scope

Until full payment is made, all custom designs, blueprints, and documentation created by Johnny’s Custom Construction remain our intellectual property. After payment, the final deliverables become the property of the client.

Johnny’s Custom Construction is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by the client for the portion of work in question.
